Junko Stickney graduated from Kanazawa Arts and Crafts University in Kanazawa, Japan with a B.F.A. in metalcrafts in 1977. She also studied "KANAGU", traditional Japanese metalwork, in Tokyo. Since then she has worked as a bench jeweler/designer at several studios in Japan and the U.S.A. For over 25 years she has been designing original pieces for clients and also selling her works through various galleries and boutiques. She is member of the Metal Arts Guild in the Bay Area.
